Hello all!

First off, I am not the most computer savvy person there is, so please bear with me, and I'm sure this will be a fairly simple problem.

I have a Finalmouse wired USB mouse that I have been using on my desktop PC running windows 7, I recently used the HP tools to do a system recovery (back to factory), prior to this my mouse was working, and immediately after the system recovery it worked as it should as well, however after the latest window's update, it no longer works.

I have tried every USB port on the computer, and it is being recognized as "Gaming mouse" in the control panel under "Devices and Printers", I've tried so far to uninstall the mouse from devices and printers, unplug the mouse, reboot, and plug it in again with no luck, but unfortunately that pretty much is the limit of my computer diagnostic ability (and also the most common fix that i can find with google)

It may be of interest, that when i bought the Finalmouse, an enclosed sheet claimed that the mouse does not use a driver, I don't know how true that is or what it means.

It may also help to know that my Logitech wireless keyboard and mouse work perfectly, it is only my Final mouse that doesn't work.

Thank you for your time and patience to this point.
