how to upgrade A630n 32bit to 64bit

Please help me with this .I have 32bit hp desktop A630n.What do I need to upgrade to 64 bit is it that I have to get a new motherboard with 64 processor.My mother board at present is:pTGD1-LA LGA775.Please help

Yes you will need a new board and CPU. That board might take a 64 bit Pentium 4 (you have the Pentium 4 520 which is 32 bit only) but I wouldn't bother as performance improvement would be negligible.
