Difference between z97 gaming 5 and z97 PC mate?

I recently bought MSI Z97 gaming 5 mobo but i saw today something which is something very similiar but about 100$$ cheaper

Trying to figure out if i just made stupid choice by picking up the expensive part for no reason. Can anyone tell me any difference between these two boards as i cant seem to find anything besides "AWESOME AUDIO and their capacitors"

Only littler differences, things like killernic. M.2 support, number of PCI-e 3.0 slots.
The audio difference probably is worth the extra cost. Isolated sound and nice built in amplifiers are a good step above the standard integrated.
