When i play games the game will freeze unpredictably for about 1 second. Ive been struggling for about a year and have tried multiple solutions(CPUs all unparked, video settings lowered, tried running off single gpu, tried activating adaptive vertical sync, disabled Nvidea audio drivers, disabled second moniter and i even opened up my pc and cleaned it) but none of them have fixed the problem. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
Operating System: Windows 7 Professional 64-bit
Motherboard: Intel DH87RL
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 690
Im also running dual moniters.
