Originally everything was fine, we pay for 75 up and 75 down, and the ping was 7. I have tested on this computer which uses a wireless adapter, and it was always good in the past, so I'm curious why now it isn't reaching its maximum potential. let me know what I can do to fix, or decrease the amount of ping fluctuation.

Solution
Does it have this issue on a wired connection using a ethernet cable directly to the router.

It is not uncommon for wireless to have random latency. Can be lots of things but is usually other people/neighbors around you also attempting to use wireless. Everyone fights over the same bandwidth and it degrades everyone.

Hey, it actually had to do with the cache on my computer, I ran CCleaner and it fixed the problem. It wasn't necessarily the internet cache, but something that was stored on my computer, like a temp file or something that was bottle necking my bandwidth. Thanks for the help though!
