Upgrade Gpu or Mobo+CPU? need some help

Hi guys, my system right now is
Q6600 3ghz
Gigabyte G41m Combo
G skill 8GB 1333mhz ddr3
EVGA GTX 570(reference)
Seasonic m12ii 520W.
All the prices listed bellow are correct based on my local price range for used/new items

1st Scenario : i was thinking to sell the GTX 570 for 100-110 euros and add another 100 for a 960 (1)for better performance,2 lower temps in case ,3 less wattage so PSU would not load so high, 4 NOISE u know what i mean it's REFERNCE
2nd Scenario :Sell the Mobo and CPU +some spare ddr2 ram i got for 100 euros and add another 100-120 to get the Asrock fatali1ty Killer Z97 mobo(150E) and the G3258(70) for now so i benefit from 1) Sata 3 speeds, 2)better PCI E speeds, 3)USB3 ,4)General faster perfomance overall and 5)availability for future upgrade to i5 4690k after selling that 3258 for 50 euros

i am sure the 2nd scenario is more important for the same ammount of money but i wanna "hear" ur thoughts

mob + cpu. that q6600 starts to fall a little behind. keep your ram and everything else

I'd try playing around with overclocking first.

Yeah i know, but for the moment serves me good , was able to play GTA V at medium setting didnt try higher cuz of the Vram lack... and thats why i thought upgrading the GPU to something newer with 2-4GB Nvidia product only(yeah i m a fan boy cuz of the bad history with couple ATI's GPU)

I cant right now , ram holding me back 1333mhz 333x9=3ghz....
my temps at idle are 34c and at benchmark max 50....i have plenty room for OC tho but my mobo it's not the best for oc

Depending on how much time you will take to get a new CPU, you should also consider an i3-4160

I was looking comparison between Q6600 vs G3258 and perfomance is very noticable, also the G3258 is really cheap and for the period i m gonna use it till i get the i5 4690k would be fine i guess.
About the Mobo i just made a custom Case with Red and Black Color scheme so thats why i m thinking about the Fatal1ty Killer (140-150 euros) which it's a very good board also got the M.2 slot that i wanted and looks good i could also get the Maximus VII Hero/Range (200-240 euros) but price is kinds high for my budget so for me it's better to to stick with the G3258 70euros +140euros Asrock Fatal1ty Killer....

I know that r9 280 its the sweet spot with the 3gb vram also but i refuse to get any ati/amd gpu again bad things happened 4-5 years ago since then only nvidia and no problem so far

I might go for the cpu+mobo and w8 for the GPU prices to lower and then go for a 970 the most

The difference in performance between those two CPUs will be noticeable when you change GPU, with the one you have performance will be virtualy the same.

I think they are not available yet, but probably soom you will be able to buy asrock killer with usb 3.1 support.
