Asus generally has excellent motherboards. Most of the computers I have built over the last 25 years has had Asus motherboards. And none of those motherboards ever failed.

I like your build. Only thing missing is what your storage will be. And if you can afford it, I highly recommend an SSD drive that is at least 256gb, plus a hard drive for additional storage.

ok here in us the asrock Z97 extreme3 is 60$ less expensive then the asus Sabertooth Z97 Mark 2
so stay with asus in that case

i only have a 1080p Led and I have not planned to buy a 4K Led because here in argentina are expensive. Then i think 2GB VRam is enogh for me. I am right?
