I want to upgrade my current build to where it's capable of handling games at Max settings and mass amounts of mods. For example: Modding games like Skyrim.
I have no budget. I am also not a fan of Windows 8. I want something along the lines of Windows 7 Home Premium. Could that work for a better experience? Here is my current build.
