Intel Core i3 4130 reach 90°C of temperature?

Hello experts

This the story

my processor tempt is around 88-90°C when i play games
And when i use it just for casual use(document, web browsing, play music etc) is 55-58°C.

And the question is
1. Is that normal tempt?
2. If not, there's any solution?

NB: Cpu: core i3 4130
Game: Cities XL Platinum

Not normal.
Sounds like an incorrectly installed heat sink.

1 - that's far too hot. It should be less than 40C at idle and 60C while gaming

2 - Blow the inside of the PC out with compressed air. Bump up the CPU fan speed

How are you measuring this temp?

i follow the instruction from manual's and im sure there's no mistake
but i dont use additional thermal paste just put the stock HSF thats the problem?

its new pc, around 3 weeks ago i build it and can "dust" be the problem?
how to do that? my MB: Asrock h81m
i use HWMonitor and RealTemp

Real Temp is OK.

You'll have to re-seat your CPU cooler - put new thermal paste between the CPU and cooler.

With 26-30'C ambient temp, you will get around 35-40'C proc temp and around 50-60'C on full load.
I can bet that you installed your heatsink wrong or the heatsink fan is not working or the airflow in the case is extremely bad.
I do not think dust is the culprit.

Kinda normal for a laptop, with limited heat venting capability. A tad warm for a desktop, can be improved.

I will buy Deepcool Gammaxx 400 and that hsf will compatible with my MB: asrock h81m r2.0?
And deep cool z3 thermal paste is good enough? Is just 4$

I'm only play game around 1-2 hours/day and not every day
And RealTemp says 11-12C to TjMax?

How could bad cable management influence your proc temp?
Bad cable management could disturb the air flow in your case.
