1. amd athilon x4 750k
2. intel g3258
3. amd athilon x4 860k
These are my options.
Facts:
1. I dont want overclocking
2. Im buying cheapest possible motherborad, we are talkin 40$ here.
3. I will buy R7 240 ddr3 or 1gb ddr5 version most probably.

NOTE: My opinion is that 860k is much better with 4 cores than g3258 with 2 cores. More games and programs will be optimised for 4 cores in future. Same happended to single core and dual core cpu-s. I just need someone to tell me if im wrong or right

I dont need a monster of a cpu, like i5 or i7. I need a cpu somewhat future proof. By that i mean if i sit on my pc in 5 years from now, i will not be shocked how slow it performs or that it lags in most softwares and programs.

BTW if it means anything, im from poor European country so we dont have money for i5 or i3 as our salaries are like 200 to 600$. Be reasonable!

So, what do i chose?

For editing and such the multiple threads available to the AMD chips will give you slightly better performance there.

Gaming wise I would be surprised if there is much difference - the dual core has much stronger cores but less threads, the AMD has weaker cores but more threads, so it very much depends on the games being played. I would say that you are more 'future proof' by going with the AMD, simply due to the thread count.

No difference between 750k and 760k once you overclock.

The 860k is slightly faster than the 760k at the same clock speed, but it also overclocks a lot better. I think the best thing to do would be to get the cheapest of the three CPUs, then spend a little more on a half decent motherboard to overclock it with.

Cheapest of them is 750k. I wanted that cpu first, later i decided 860k. I have a feeling they are similar but not sure. I dont want to overclock, besides, im getting cheapest possible mobo for 45 eur. (if u know a good mobo in this price range tell me). So what do you recommend? Will 750k last longer and be a lot better in future then g3220 that was also an option, or at least a reference cpu.
