GTA 5 problem on msi gtx 460 cyclone.

hi guys i need serious help. my specs are dual core e5800 3.20ghz ,4gb ram,msi gtx 460 cyclone gpu. my problem is gta 5 runs some what good on my gt610 2gb in low settings. then i got gtx 460 from my friend which is above minimum requirement to run gta 5. but the problem is am getting serious missing textures in gtx 460 the roads and building just disappear but this card runs good on other games. i don get this problem on my gt 610. so please help me i want to play gta 5 madly

Well how are you playing that game on a dual core CPU? I thought it needed four cores to run? Also you only have 1GB of RAM on the 460 which could be the issue. Having not played GTAV, nor planning too I cannot say I know the specs needed off the top of my head I will look them up.
