I build a new system installed windows 8.1
I want to start to customize my windows
installing all of my programs like camtasia -adobe after effects-photoshop etc
installing all of my movies and media
etc and etc
should I do all of this now all wait for windows 10 to come out

the proplem is that I cant wait

You have answered your own question by saying you can't wait.

Win 10 is coming end of July/early August fyi

You are immediately making it pointless to comment and give their opinion, so you are not drawing anyone into answering..notice anyone post yet?

Customize, set up, feel at home. When win 10 comes along it will probabyl upgrade quite well and just latch onto your system.

It is inevitable that you will have to do a little bit here and there when upgrading to a new OS, it is just common sense.
