My ASUS Strix Nvidia GTX 960 4GB graphics card heats too much in just 10 minutes that I have to shut down my PC immediately.

Can you please provide this info:
Is the gpu fan working?
Have you overclocked the system/gpu?
Do you have a case with good airflow, meaning cables tidily arranged out of the way of an intake fan at the front transporting air through the case, over your components and out of the back/top exhaust fan?
How high is your ambient (room) temperature?
90 is the highest mark for the GPU which is safe and if the card is performing at this temp and you aren't experiencing and performance problems, it is not a big issue as these components can literally take the heat.

90c is kinda crazy, like DasHotShot said, is the GPU fan working? Is it speeding up as the card gets hotter? Some don't without MSI Afterburner for some reason.
Download Afterburner and see what the fan speed is and you can also manually control the fan/s from there.
