League of legends random lag spikes

So I have this problem with my new build PC. Whenever I play League of Legends I get above 250 fps, but sometimes it just falls down to 25 for a second or so.

I have a GTX 970 Asus Strix, i5-4690k, MSI Z97 5 Gaming and 8 GB of ram.

The spikes still seem to occur. I've reinstalled the whole game, reinstalled windows and there's no firewall or so blocking anything.

I've had it installed for around a week, I do not have Pando Media Booster and I'm not using a beta graphics driver.

Also I forgot to mention, I can run GTA V, BF 4 and WoW all on max settings.

So I just repaired my game, but the lag spikes still seem to occur.
