cpu: intel pentium dual core e5700 3ghz
mbo: gigabyte g41-s2pt
gpu: nvidia gt 640 1gb gddr5
ram: 4gb(2gb usable)
os: windows 8.1 pro x64
so I had 2gb of ram and everything was normal untill today when I bought another 2gb of ram, when I go to speccy or cpu-z it says that I have 4gb but when I go to windows configurations it says that I have 4gb but only 2gb is usable.. pls help, sorry for my bad english
