I'm looking for an inexpensive graphics card to support dual monitors. It doesn't need to be fancy as I'm not into gaming, but it does need to support both monitors at the resolutions I want to run on both monitors. The NVDIA GeForce GTS 250 I currently have in my computer does support dual monitors, but when I try to run both, I'm not able to maintain the 1920 x 1080 resolution I want on the smaller monitor, but will only allow it to run at a reduced resolution that does not look good.

Just browsing around for the GPU you indicated looks about the inexpensive price point for you is about $150 new? $60 used with 512 Mb? Honestly if your looking for a good price point for a GPU that will get the job done for everything you throw at it you might as well go with a R7 260X that will last you quite awhile if you don't intend to game.

Yes, the smaller monitor looks best at 1920 x 1080 and I also use it to hook to a 40" Samsung TV, which looks best at a lower resolution, which I can't remember right now.
