only problem i have 4 partitions

Disk 0 partition 1; pqservice 14.6gb total 840mb free oem (reserved)
disk 0 partition 2 ; STSTEM RESERVED 100mb total 86 mbfree primary
disk 0 partition 3; System Reserved 100 mb total 86mb free system
disk 0 partition 4 450gb total 450gb free primary

im guessing because its an oem partition an/ or disk i cannot install my windows iso onto it...so how do i delete all my partitions in order to install this windows 7 iso i have.. or should i not delete them? do i need to download a program in order to delete them?
