Hi everyone,
So I have an external USB 3.0 Hard drive and I recently moved a fair amount of files to it (about 400GB). And as it was writing I noticed that the speed was staying around 65 MB/s.
To me that seems slow for a USB 3.0 from what I've read. Any ideas for why it would be writing so slow?
The drive I had the files come from is a 7200rpm internal HD.
My CPU is an i7 3770k.
Any suggestions or ideas on how to fix it or why it's so slow?
