So my wifes computer has a AMD Radeon HD 7660d running her graphics from her APU currently. I happen to have a Radeon HD 5850 GPU sitting around that I got from my brother. Would I be able to use this card and it be an upgrade? or would it be a downgrade? Would they be able to crossfire at all? Very new to Radeon anything.
