BSOD on the daily

So I was having tons of game crashes, browser crashes, a rare bsod, and driver failures. So after a month of this, I finally wiped my ssd clean and reinstalled windows 8.1 fresh. The problems kept happening, so I did a series of tests, mem test (100% no problems) sfc /scannow ( no problems detected ) any ways so I started to think it's more of a hardware issue. I removed my graphics card and ran the computer for around 36 hours before the first BSOD since removal. After that they kept happening more often.

So now here we are. At this point I have no graphics card in my system, it's on its way for a swap from EVGA :p
The BSOD errors I'm getting now all contain -ntoskrnl.exe - ntkrnlmp.exe - ntfs.sys- and they happen most of the time 2 or 3 times in a 4 hour period. I've only been running without a graphics card for 2 days now. I have no idea what to do now, the problems are obviously not the graphics card, or atleast not just the gfx card.

If any help to find out which componant is the one at fault so I dont have to end up replacing everything would be much appreciated!! Also I can upload my minidumps but i'm not sure where to so that info would be a help too!

Check the pins on your motherboard if any are bent.
Check the caps on your motherboard as well.
Check your psu cable connections.
Try your build outside of the case on a wooden surface (the motherboard box would be fine) to see if it is a short occurring.

Thanks Suztera for your reply, I've just flashed my flashlight in the case and check all the capacitors on the motherboard and they all look good, none blown or corrosive, I've also checked on the pins that currently have nothing plugged into them, I'm currently on the computer at the moment, I also made sure the connections between the psu cables are secure. As for your suggestion for the shorting, I will have to test that tomorrow once I get off work ( So I have a little more time ) That way I can also get a closer look at the rest of the pins. I will however upload a picture of something I did by accident when I was building this, It may or may not matter, but it couldn't hurt to show the picture.

I would never have thought of the 2T command rate suggestion, thanks for that, I will also try 1 stick of ram in each dimm slot, I will go ahead and admit, I am definitely not good with hardware problem diagnosing. And I've uploaded a couple pictures in my post above, now sorry that it's a little dusty.. But when I was doing some cable management, as I closed the back of the case it seemed to have shoved that cord up to make it such a tight fit and it lifted that plugin up away from the board a little, the pins seem fine, but idk lol >.<

Ok I've re routed both cables, and I wasn't aware I didn't need that connection made >.< the plugin in pretty loose also, I think the plastic slid up the pins abit, but I dont want to mess with it, afraid it will snap a pin.. The sata cable was re routed and resat into the plugin without any wiggle room also. ^.^

Small update, my rig has been out of the case on cardboard for about 30 hours, maybe a little more and it's having all sorts of weird issues. My browsers are still acting weird, chrome and firefox are really iffy, sometimes it will work, then programs like Skype will crash and not re open so I'll have to reboot, when I reboot chrome will open the immediately crash, until another restart. Same with firefox.. I have an issues with things freezing, a couple of hours ago I had a problem where my onboard graphics would stop then start back up "corrected itself" the only thing I have been doing on the computer was playing world of warcraft on the lowest settings and browsing the internet, I have not had one blue screen since I removed it from the case on the bright side. So from here, I do have all 3 sticks of ram installed, but i'm not sure what else to try to figure out why this is still happening. I have another hdd coming, should be here by tuesday-ish, then I'll try a clean install on that to test if the ssd is the culprit or not. I did not see and xmp profiles for setting 2T command rate for the memory.

Does this look right?
EDIT: I've been running the system like this for about 20 minutes now, some programs launch then crash immediately, and some don't open at all >.<

Thanks for the response, so as to what you said about the ram being the first thing you usually go for, I pulled all 3 sticks out and got to looking a little closer, when I purchased I bought two rams together in a pack and one single, now they are the exact same brand and everything, but on the model # there is a letter difference, making one stick a different model # than the other two. I remember reading an article that this could cause issues? Or is that not true?

I've been testing the pair, and the system has been stable the entire time. No errors, driver crashes, program crashes so far. I really never would have thought something like that could cause so much chaos.. I was getting prepared to RMA everything >.< So from here it seems things are pretty good, I want to thank you Suztera and iknowhowtofixit for both of your help. You both have given me some good info that I'll do my best to remember if things ever get wonky again (let's hope not!)
