MSI GTX 960 With Old Fans (And Shadowplay)

Hey guys, I have 2 quick questions about my Graphics card.

I am upgrading my Dell XPS 630i, and it's old graphics card is an older Nvidia GTX. (I'm not quite sure what number) I have found a new cpu and everything, but I am keeping the original gaming fans in there.

So my question is with my new graphics card (MSI Geforce GTX 960) will I be able to still use those fans and everything? I assumed it would because the old one was a gtx and so is the new one.

And also, I heard that the GTX 960 comes with shadow play, what I was going to ask is will mine come with Shadowplay? I wasn't sure because mine is an MSI.

BTW, here is the new pieces that I'm buying:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690k
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 960
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3
MOBO: MSI Z97 Gaming 3
Operating System: Either Windows 7 or 8

Only the case fans or CPU fans will persist, the fans on the graphics card are mounted on the graphics cards, so when the card is replaced the new card will have its own cooling solutions.
Shadowplay is a feature that is present in the Nvidia drivers, so yes you will have access to it.

For the gaming fans, do you mean they are installed on your old graphics card? if so, then no, you cannot use it in the 960, the MSI 960 have great fans anyway. if you mean that they are "side case fans" that blow air to your graphics card then yes you can use it.

ShadowPlay is an NVIDIA Feature, so no matter what brand of GTX960, in your case which is the MSI, it will still have ShadowPlay

Oh yeah, sorry that's what I meant... I don't care about the gpu fans, just the case fans. Thanks heaps!
