What PSU do I need for a GTX980?

I have a friend who recently sold me his brand new gtx980 for a ridiculously low price. (he has more money than he knows what to do with)

Anyway, I want to get this puppy working so I ordered a new case which will have sufficient room for the 980 and a regular sized PSU. (Mobo is an itx-mini therefore the necessary case change for room)

I had picked out this for the PSU I planned to upgrade to - http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139027&cm_re=cosair_cx500w-_-17-139-027-_-Product

Then I did some looking and some people say 500W is not enough, others say it is overkill. And then some people I saw talking about various hookups and such that wouldn't work. All in all I was thoroughly confused and I would like to ask you guys here what you would reccomend for a PSU that will work with an EVGA 980.

These are the main points of the final build.

Motherboard: ASRock B85M-ITX
CPU: i5-4590
GPU: EVGA 4Gb Superclocked ACX 2.0 GTX 980
1TB Hard Drive
8Gb of RAM

Help is much appreciated!

Regardless of wattage I do not recommend CX power supplies, they use low quality capacitors that tend to fail often.
The 980 draws, at max load, 190w. I would recommend an ~600w unit for some headroom for overclocking and future upgrades (New processor/OC)

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

Power Supply: XFX 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($74.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $74.99
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available
