Help me deciding what mobo will be best

Hi, I am want to build me own computer and i need help. And yes i am a noob. I think i want to go with i5-4690 and corsair vengeance PC12800 8G (1x8) but no clue what so ever for my mobo and not going to do OC. I am looking for a good budget mobo, the best in term of value over performance.Please help.

I found this case that come with PSU, so i have

Intel Core i5-4690 3.5GHz Quad-Core Processor
Asus H97-PRO GAMER ATX LGA1150 Motherboard
Corsair Vengeance Pro 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Cooler Master K350 ATX Mid Tower Case w/500W Power Supply

It is cheaper than the Seasonic PSU and i still need to buy the casing.

So what do you think of this set up? Please advice.
Do i need a CPU cooler? since i will not do OC.
