Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

Do i need to update the BIOS?

I am combining Intel Pentium G3258 with the MSI H81M P32. Upon start, do I still need to upgrade the BIOS or just leave it there?

its always better to update BIOS since it fixes some bugs

Release Date 2014-06-04 for the first bios supporting the cpu, should be fine out of the box but as said above best update anyway
