Hello.
First of all I am writing from Romania... and as such my component choices are fairly limited.
(sorry for my bad writing in advance)

This is the build i came up with after a bit of reading:
Procc: Intel Core i7-5820K
Motherboard : MSI X99S GAMING 7 or ASRock X99X Killer Fatal1ty
Ram: Kingston HyperX FURY Black Series 8GB (not relay any other choices for ddr4 at the moment)
Source : Corsair CS Series CS850M
Procc cooling: Deepcool Maelstrom 120
Video: GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 970 G1 GAMING
Case: Game Daemon 6004 (comes with 2/4 cooling)

No need for hhd/ssd at the moment.
Can u tell me if it is OK ?
Can't decide on the motherboard should i go for asus a/pro or other motherboards ?
Is the cooling oky for now ? (i see no need for OC at the moment)
At the moment the Gigabyte G1 is out of stock should i go for another GTX 970 ?

Thanks guys !

Salutare,

If you`re not set on watercooling, you can get the well known Noctua NH-D14 at about the same price for a few days: http://www.pcgarage.ro/coolere/noctua/nh-d14/

Other than that, go for a different PSU (the CS, CX, Builder have low quality capacitors), and I recommend something from Tier 1 or 2 from this list: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

Other than that, it looks like a great build.

I have the same GPU myself, and I love it so far.
Any Gtx 970 is fine, the G1 is just factory overclocked and may run slightly faster, but you do pay for that. the MSI gaming 7 is apparently a very good X99 motherboard so it should be fine. that water cooler will allow a fair amount of overclocking should you ever do that so I think you are good to go.
