So I have 2 SSDs which I wish to set in RAID-0 to get a better performance, but I have a HDD also. So naturally I want the system on the SSDs, but my question is what about the HDD that I have for storage? Do I have to set something especially? Both SSDs and the HDD will interact correctly?

I suppose I have to install the OS with the HDD unplugged, right? It was always this way with the SSDs.

Rig:

ASUS Maximus VII Formula
Intel i7 4790K
2x250Gb Samsung 850 EVO @ Raid 0
1TB WD Black
Corsair RM850
2x16Gb 1600Mhz Sniper GSkill

You wont notice the performance difference between a single SSD and RAID0 SSDs. I built a system for a client with a OCZ Revo Drive 3 X2 PCIe SSD and except for installing some programs it loaded the same as a normal SSD.

What you should do during install is format the HDD and create a partition on it. So long as it has a partition then nothing will install to it.

other than the EPIC waste of effort to make a RAID-0 with SSDs...

ok, since you have two, why not RAID-1 for more resiliency? not as fast as RAID-0, but can you tell the difference between light speed and half light speed? no, you can't. technically there IS one, but not one you can actually feel.

or SSD1 for Win7 and SSD2 for Win10, and swap them for "manual dual OS"

So it's not worth it I suppose. AHCI then.
