perfect ram good graphics card but a bad processor will that affect my gaming ?!!

Hi guys
I want to build a good gaming pc
I have 8 gb of ram
A gtx 750 ti grqphics card
Which they are really good for gaming
But my question about my processor which is intel celeron 347 which is a little bit old processor
Will that affect my gaming or not ?!!!!

That processor isn't just a little old, it is ancient by today's standards, about 10 years old. The Celeron D 347 is a single core CPU with hyperthreading based off the craptastic Pentium 4 architecture that Intel abandoned almost a decade ago. You're going to hit a huge CPU bottleneck with just about any modern graphics card, and you're going to have a lot of trouble running current titles.

You're going to need a new CPU at the very least if you want to play modern games, possibly a new motherboard and RAM as well if your motherboard is as old as your CPU and doesn't support anything newer than say a Pentium D. Even the high end Core 2 Quads are getting long in the tooth these days, and are getting hard to recommend unless you can...
