Windows 7 boot-on blue death screen loop

When i start windows it boots and offers startup repair. when i proceed it checks a disk and then says that it cant check the disk. When i select normal startup it shows windows logo and then the blue death screen. I've tried to repair from cd, usb but when i boot grom it it shows the blue screen. ( i personally think it can be hardware problem ) Can you help me?

Does it allow you to boot into safe mode? Might be hard drive failing or corruption.

Before we conclude the hard drive being bad, can you give us error codes on the BSOD? That might be helpful.

No. When i try to acess safe mode. it shows BSOD.
The error codes are:
STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x000000000000003,0xFFFFFA8007278B30,0xFFFFFA8007278E10,0xFFFFF800035E1130)

Does the windows repair do the same thing? anyway you can take a picture of the screen and link it here?

Cant even boot into the repair right?

Does your BIOS have any diagnostics? That would tell us where the issue is hopefully.

The repair checks for problems for a while and then shows something like ( not cant use the pc, so i dont remember it exactly ) cant diagnose problems. Send info to support now? and then the sending fails. then the pc restarts.( btw. i dont have paid windows, so the suport shouldnt work )
