Hi looking for a graphic design / gaming pc build!

Requirements:

Needs to be able to run Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema 4d at decent rates (fast rendering)

Needs to be able to run games at low - medium graphics (Minecraft, Titanfall, Starcraft)

Needs to be within my price range - 700 - 900$ (Possibly 1k)

Solution
Slightly modified:

Power supply was a little overkill for a single GPU system with a locked processor. Added the Xeon which gains you the same basic performance as an i7 processor for just a bit more.

Cooler not really necessary. I7-4790 gains you 200Mhz base and boost (3.6-4.0Ghz) over the Xeon 3.4 - 3.8Ghz for $55

Bigger hard drive though.

Again, that power supply is oversized for a locked process and a single 120W GPU. Total system power is rated at 313W for the Xeon build and 327W for the I7 build.
