I have a technical question I wonder if you can help me with, many thanks in advance.
It is about PCI-E x1 USB 3.0 expansion card:
Actually I want to install this card into my mobo but the PCI-E x1 is busy, so I thought of putting it into the second PCI-E x16 which I knew I can, but the question is:
If I install it into the second PCI-E x16, will it affect the work/bandwidth of the first PCI-E x16 which I put my video card in it? Will the slot run @ x8 instead of x16 if I use the second PCI-E x16??
I don't want the speed of my video card to be affected
.
My mobo is: ASUS P7P55D-E PRO. PCI-E version 2.0
