Overclocking i5-4690k on Asrock z97 pro3 "beginner"

Hey guys, as the title says im a first time overclocker i am new i have a small background about overclocking i know the idea and how it works. i just want to know if have anyone ever tried overclocking on that mobo "Asrock z97 pro3" before? and any idea what settings should i use if im aiming at 4.3Ghz?

my specs are
i5 4690k
H80i liquid Cooler
Asrock z97 Pro3
CX750M PSU
8 GB Vengeance 1600 ram
Amd 7870 XT 2GB

You work your way up in 0.1GHz steps. You should be able to get 4.5Ghz with a H80i. That;s what they had.

Open your EUFI setup utility
Click "OC Tweaker"
Click "CPU Ratio" and set it to 4.3GHz then save before you exit
...
However, I suggest you use the "Load Optimized CPU OC Setting" instead of picking a clock rate of your own.

1 more question, now when i overclock to..say 4.5Ghz will it stay always at that clock? even when idle?

At idle it'll drop back again. 4.5GHz is the max it will get to under load.
