Windows 7 blue screen of death while installing

Hello,

I am trying to install windows 7 on my dell optiplex gx270 tower and just put a brand new nvidia graphics card in it, however when I try booting windows 7 off the flash drive to install, I got a BSOD. Please help and I can't use a dvd because it only has a CD drive. thank you.

alright i'll give it a shot although i just tried vista and it worked flawlessly...

I'm not sure because I installed it with my flash drive and it worked fine all files transferred over perfectly
