building my first gaming PC budget is 40000 Inr I am so confused help me guys!

I want to max out games on 1600*900 resolution.will update to 1080p monitor next year. So suggoest a PC under 40000 inr with upgradebilty options in the future. You can use www.flipkart.com to see the Indian prices of components.

■ In the above configuration every thing is fine except the CPU I will say that you should go wid Intel i5 4440 and gigabyte ga h97 d3h board so u can upgrade in future and as i7 has mentioned the fx that's also a good chip but for gaming i5 is the king of all times and it will also produce less heat
And has lower tdp than the fx..
