Intel i5 4690K support 2 channel DDR3-1600 memory support.
But is that possible that high frequency ram like 1866 MHz, 2400 MHz or other can support i5 4690K .

I am going to buy i5 4690K and my motherboard is Gigabite Z97-D3h.

I am confuse about ram........

Yes. The default supported RAM speed is 1600. However, if you're into overclocking and your motherboard supports higher frequencies, you can buy faster RAM. It will most likely down clock by default to 1333 or 1600. But you can enable XMP profile in the BIOS to increase the frequency.

Depending on the software you run, RAM speed can have some to zero performance difference. For example, in gaming, there is something like a 1% difference between 1600 to 2133 MHz and then even less for higher frequencies. That being said, you'll be fine with pretty much anything. Corsair has good RAM. I personally like G Skill and just ordered this kit yesterday.
