Can I run the Sims 3?

I have a HP Pavilion x360 and am wondering if I should download the Sims 3 on it because I don't want to make the laptop really slow. Thanks!

If you already own the sims 3, go ahead and download it, your laptop will not be slowed down as long as the game is not running, if your laptop cant run it.
If you don't own the sims 3, I wouldn't, but that is just me not understanding the laptop chips as well as a laptop expert.
