EVGA GTX 960 FTW vs GTX 770

I know that both of these cards are great (Despite the GTX 770 being older), but what is the difference between the EVGA GTX 960 FTW (1.30Ghz) and the GTX 770? I know that The reference 960 is 13% behind a 770, but how much closer is it when overclocked to 1.30Ghz like the EVGA FTW version?

the 770 is GK104 with 3GB of ram, and the 960 is GM206 with 2GB of ram. the 770 will take more power and run slightly hotter, but it has 1 more GB of RAM, that will just get more and more useful as the future rolls in.
