Got an intel cooler/heatsink for mi i3-3220. Lately the CPU has been heating to 50-60 C. during regular/normal usage. I feel it should be more like 30-35 C. Then I noticed that the heatsink isn't seated properly. It was already difficult to handle at the start. It's loose. Other than re-seating it, what else should I do? Should I get a different one? I also read today on some forum about air bubbles. Thanks in advance for your help and tips.
