If i ever wanted to get a second gtx 970 would 750w be enough or should i go with a 850w

I am planning to sli so i think ill bite the bullet and go for a Evga 750w B2 straight away.

One more thing. To give you some insight i am getting this pc as a Gaming/Streaming and Video Editing/Music making/Rendering pc. So i was wondering should i stay with the i7 4790K, 16gb and Gtx 970 or should i go with the i5 4690K, 8gb and get the gtx 980?
