There is absolutely nothing we can do to tell you your exact model number.
At least look for the manufacturer of the GPU (ie Gigabyte Sapphire Asus MSI).
Also give us the exact version of your card since there are many versions between 7500 and 7600.

Hi anoori9000 ^^ the manufacturer is Advanced Micro Devices, Inc hope that helps, btw the thing is i don`t know what is my exact version i checked device manager - display adapter and it says amd radeon hd 7500/7600m series doesn`t seem legit

AMD is the Manufacturer of the chip itself. I meant the distributor manufacturer (I know confusing).
Since you say that there is an "M" at the end that tells me that you have a laptop. What specific model is your laptop?

It seems that model has A LOT of variants. But, only one has AMD graphics. So I was able to conclude from here: http://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetDocument.aspx?docname=c04126959
