So I just finished my build today and after I got Windows 8.1 installed, I tried connect my PC to my router via Ethernet cable. My PC can't find the Ethernet cable so therefore I can't update any drivers. I also have a TP Link TL-WN881ND wireless network adapter that says the adapter isn't connected, even though it is when I try to download the driver via disc. Any help is appreciated. System specs are below. Thanks!

I got the Ethernet working, but whenever I try to download the driver for the network adapter from the disc, a message pops up and says that there's no adapter found, even though I checked to make sure it's plugged in correctly. When I go to Device Manager in Windows, the card doesn't show up. TP Link - TL WN881ND
