Yesterday I built my new pc (http://pcpartpicker.com/p/Z4xh8d) and everything was working fine but today the fans stopped spinning on my graphics cards and only spin when pressure is applied to the top middle of the card (to the right of the two 6x power connectors), this has caused my computer to crash as it overheats

By adding pressure to the housing, it makes it sound like there may be a poor electrical connection internal to the card. If it isn't something obvious, and you can't locate the cause of the issue yourself, I'd suggest returning the card while you still can.
