Hello everybody,
I'm searching and reading and the options are making my head spin.

I'm building my first computer (store bought in the past). My friend told me it would be cheaper if not better as well if I built one myself.

I'm using this as an opportunity to learn so I'm trying to do put it together myself.

Any body got a setup within this price range?

If it's nessasary, I need it primarily for CAD work and games on occasion. So I need a need a dedicated graphics card. Intergrated won't do (I've tried).

Any help, advice, or build list would be awsome)
Thanks guys!

This is my entry. Slightly over budget without rebates, if needed motherboard can be changed to a less expensive one, but I think that spending the extra bit on these parts will be worth it. The 270 is a pretty decent card for the price and more powerful than the 750ti.

Runs most games on medium/high settings, extra ram and CPU power for CAD processing.
