Yeah, we have a little bit of imbalance here. I say that because you have a i7 4790 (no k) which, for all practical purposes, can't be overclocked. If you want to overclock, you'll want the 4790k. The cooler again is overkill if you're only going for a mild overclock (pending CPU change). The motherboard is a nice one but again, purpose is important. For a mild overclock, you can do that with a $130 board. All that money is tied up in the CPU and board and you selected a $200 GPU.

I don't really comment on cases other than you have selected a big one.

What's the purpose of the build?

Also, there's no such thing as a bottleneck with an i5 or i7.
