I have an Asus S56c laptop which turns on and goes to a black screen. It is running windows 8 or 8.1 with an ssd. I am able to access the Bios and I tried to get it to refresh and do a factory reset but both times there was an error saying there is a file corrupted. I have taken the hard drive out and used an external drive to get my files off of the ssd. I have another asus laptop but a different model running windows 8 as well.
Please advise on what I should do to get my laptop to work again. Thanks
