Hi, my cousin's wanting to buy a pc at bestbuy for 400-500 and I'm thinking that I can probably build him one for the same price. My last pc build was 3 years ago so I'm not really updated to the new/cheaper parts. If you can help that would be great!

the CPU has no price in this build cause its pretty old. i would suggest picking a newer CPU tho. Those older Athlon x4 lack L3 cache and is known to effect newer titles.
