Hi, i recently bought a new computer and after install all the components, i realized the computer would fail to boot up. the computer would power on, but then turn off and restart after 3-5 seconds, repeat. I've taken each component out separately to try to find the problem and the pc works perfectly with out the GPU plugged in. The strangest part is, after reinstalling each part a bunch of times, the pc has booted with the GPU problem because the pc is capable of booting properly however it probably only boots properly 20% of the time when the GPU is plugged in. I am very confused.
