I recently built myself a computer,but after installing GTA 5 I am experiencing a blue screen error. Now my computer doesn't actually show a blue screen, but rather just restarts and takes me back to login. Once I log in i receive this error:

I did some reading online and I was told it was a graphics card error.
I have updated do the latest Nvidia drivers, which were optimized for GTA 5 (version 350.12). If it helps, the graphics card I am using is a, ASUS STRIX-GTX960-DC2OC-4GD5.
I have noticed the problem occurs either while playing gta 5, or after I closed a full screen youtube video.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
