I am a beginner in this so please help me guys choose the right components for my very first build, my build is here:

Intel Core I3 4160
MSI H81M-P32
Panram 4GB DDR3 1600MHz
Palit GT740 2GB DDR5 128BIT
Toshiba 1TB 7200RPM SATA3
Hec Cougar SL-500W
Cougar Spike M-ATX

By the way, I am using the old monitor here which is AOC 18.5" and it has a resolution of 1366x768 and an AVR. Do you think my build is good to go? Anyways, I will be playing League of Legends and some World of Warcraft only with Medium to High settings and 1366x768 resolution.

I'm from Philippines not all the components that are from US are available here. So, I think I'm changing the PSU, RAM, and GRAPHICS CARD. My other choices are PSU: Seasonic S12II-520 520W 80+ Bronze, RAM: Kingston 4GB DDR3 1600MHz, Graphics Card: Sapphire R7 260X 2GB DDR5 128BIT. But if I changed into those I would fall into the Intel Pentium G3258, G3220, G3240 and G3250 line. Will they be able to play League of Legends and World of Warcraft in Medium-High settings with those CPUs?

This build could definetely do with some work, If you are going the budget route I would probably go AMD, eg FX 6300. Forn things like RAM you should look for more trusted brands like Hyper X, Crucuial, Corsair, Patriot. You probably want 8gb as well for modern games. I would definetely change that Power Supply, again reputable brands like Silverstone, Corsar, EVGA, Cooler Master. For the graphics card in a Gaming pc on a budget I would recommed the GTX 750 Ti, or R7 260X or R9 270. If you can strretch your budget on the graphics card you could even look at the GTX 960 or R9 285 ... etc. Hope I helped!

I am thinking of upgrading to i5 soon if I fall under my budget and got into either one of the Intel Pentiums G3258, G3220, G3240, and G3250. But is it more appropriate to get the G3250 or G3240 if not overclocking the G3258? My room set-up is kinda warm so I am not thinking of overclocking if I got the G3258.

I would still brag a G3258 and just bump up the frequncy as high as it will go, it should not affect temps much at all as your are not touching the voltage and you framerate will thank you for the free performance

So I'm repeating my build:

Intel Pentium G3258 (3.2GHz, 3M Cache) (not planning to overclock)
MSI H81M-P32
G-Skills Ripjaws X 2x4GB DDR3 1600MHz
Sapphire R7 260x 2GB DDR5 128BIT
Western 1TB BLUE 7200RPM Sata3
Seasonic S12II-520 520W 80+ Bronze
Tecware 508BS Infinity Gaming Case (Exclusive in the Philippines only)

Will this be alright if I play League of Legends and World of Warcraft? Can't stretch my budget anymore as you can see I am just a 17-year old student that's still in-care of his parents :D
