No, your CPU doesnt even meet the minimum requirements or it has to be double the speed. The requirements state that you might not even run it with integrated graphics:

The i5 4690k is pretty good but it is for a desktop and the current best value gaming card is GTX 970, which is also for desktop. If you are looking for a gaming laptop, look for one with an i5/i7 core with discrete graphics, NOT one with integrated graphics. You are looking to spend at least $1500 for a decent one.
