Today I wanted to play some GTA V with my controller for the very first time, but, the game doesn't reconize my controller... I saw some videos and people who play this game with gamepad controller, so I wanted to do too, but I can't.

My controller is: Genius Maxfire Grandias 12 PS3 controller.

With this controller I played Cod AW campaign and multiplayer without any 3rd party program...

See if you can use the configure tool from the options menu. Otherwise you will need a DS3 tool, to trick windows into thinking you are using a DXinput controller.

I used x360ce program to make GTA V to use my controller... I can't configure my controller from the options menu, and I can't use DS3 tool because my controller wasn't made for PS3 and it's not a dual-shock 3 controller, it's just a PC controller, made by Genius and it's like a PS3 one.
